我们的主耶和华啊，你的名在地上何其尊贵！你的荣耀充满诸天。
你使孩童和婴儿的口发出颂赞，好叫你的仇敌哑口无言。
我观看你指头创造的苍穹和你摆列的月亮星辰，
人算什么，你竟顾念他！世人算什么，你竟眷顾他！
你叫他比天使低微一点，赐他荣耀和尊贵作冠冕。
你派他管理你亲手造的万物，使万物降服在他脚下：
牛羊、田野的兽、
空中的鸟、海里的鱼及其他水族。
我们的主耶和华啊，你的名在地上何其尊贵！
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is Thy name in all the earth, who hast set Thy glory above the heavens!
Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast Thou ordained strength because of Thine enemies, that Thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
When I consider Thy heavens, the work of Thy fingers, the moon and the stars which Thou hast ordained,
what is man that Thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that Thou dost visit him?
For Thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
Thou hast made him to have dominion over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet,
all sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field,
the fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is Thy name in all the earth!
Domine Dominus noster quam admirabile est nomen tuum in universa terra quoniam elevata est magnificentia tua super caelos
ex ore infantium et lactantium perfecisti laudem propter inimicos tuos ut destruas inimicum et ultorem
quoniam videbo caelos tuos; opera digitorum tuorum lunam et stellas quae tu fundasti
quid est homo quod memor es eius aut filius hominis quoniam visitas eum
minuisti eum paulo minus ab angelis gloria et honore coronasti eum

כִּֽי־אֶרְאֶ֣ה שָׁ֭מֶיךָ מַעֲשֵׂ֣י אֶצְבְּעֹתֶ֑יךָ יָרֵ֥חַ וְ֝כוֹכָבִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר כּוֹנָֽנְתָּה׃
מָֽה־אֱנ֥וֹשׁ כִּֽי־תִזְכְּרֶ֑נּוּ וּבֶן־אָ֝דָ֗ם כִּ֣י תִפְקְדֶֽנּוּ׃
וַתְּחַסְּרֵ֣הוּ מְּ֭עַט מֵאֱלֹהִ֑ים וְכָב֖וֹד וְהָדָ֣ר תְּעַטְּרֵֽהוּ׃
תַּ֭מְשִׁילֵהוּ בְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣י יָדֶ֑יךָ כֹּ֝ל שַׁ֣תָּה תַֽחַת־רַגְלָֽיו׃
צֹנֶ֣ה וַאֲלָפִ֣ים כֻּלָּ֑ם וְ֝גַ֗ם בַּהֲמ֥וֹת שָׂדָֽי׃
צִפּ֣וֹר שָׁ֭מַיִם וּדְגֵ֣י הַיָּ֑ם עֹ֝בֵ֗ר אָרְח֥וֹת יַמִּֽים׃
יְהוָ֥ה אֲדֹנֵ֑ינוּ מָֽה־אַדִּ֥יר שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ בְּכָל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
114 招财 Ah
以色列人离开埃及，雅各家从异国出来时，
犹大成为上帝的圣所，以色列成为祂的国度。
大海看见他们就奔逃，约旦河也倒流。
大山如公羊一般跳跃，小山像羊羔一样蹦跳。
大海啊，你为何奔逃？约旦河啊，你为何倒流？
大山啊，你为何如公羊一般跳跃？小山啊，你为何像羊羔一样蹦跳？
大地啊，你要在主面前，在雅各的上帝面前战抖，
因为祂使磐石变成水池，使岩石涌出泉水。
When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of a strange language,
2 Judah was His sanctuary, and Israel His dominion.
3 The sea saw it, and fled; Jordan was driven back.
4 The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.
5 What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? Thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?
6 Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams, and ye little hills, like lambs?
7 Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,
8 who turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

2 הָיְתָ֣ה יְהוּדָ֣ה לְקָדְשׁ֑וֹ יִ֝שְׂרָאֵ֗ל מַמְשְׁלוֹתָֽיו׃
3 הַיָּ֣ם רָ֭אָה וַיָּנֹ֑ס הַ֝יַּרְדֵּ֗ן יִסֹּ֥ב לְאָחֽוֹר׃
4 הֶֽ֭הָרִים רָקְד֣וּ כְאֵילִ֑ים גְּ֝בָע֗וֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹֽאן׃
5 מַה־לְּךָ֣ הַ֭יָּם כִּ֣י תָנ֑וּס הַ֝יַּרְדֵּ֗ן תִּסֹּ֥ב לְאָחֽוֹר׃
6 הֶֽ֭הָרִים תִּרְקְד֣וּ כְאֵילִ֑ים גְּ֝בָע֗וֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹֽאן׃
7 מִלִּפְנֵ֣י אָ֭דוֹן ח֣וּלִי אָ֑רֶץ מִ֝לִּפְנֵ֗י אֱל֣וֹהַּ יַעֲקֹֽב׃
8 הַהֹפְכִ֣י הַצּ֣וּר אֲגַם־מָ֑יִם חַ֝לָּמִ֗ישׁ לְמַעְיְנוֹ־מָֽיִם׃

上帝啊，我们亲耳听过祖先讲述你在古时，在我们祖先时代的作为。
你亲手赶出外族，把我们的祖先安置在那里；你击溃列邦，使我们的祖先兴旺发达。
他们不是靠自己的刀剑征服那里，不是靠自己的臂膀得胜，而是靠你的权能、力量和恩惠，因为你爱他们。
你是我的君王，我的上帝。你让雅各得胜。
我们靠你击退敌人，靠你的名践踏仇敌。
我不倚靠我的弓，我的剑不能使我得胜。
只有你使我们战胜敌人，使我们的仇敌蒙羞。
上帝啊，我们终日以你为荣，我们永远赞美你。（细拉）
现在你却丢弃我们，让我们受辱，不再帮我们的军队作战。
你使我们在仇敌面前败退，遭敌人掳掠。
你使我们如被宰杀的羊，将我们分散在列国。
你把我们廉价卖掉，视我们一文不值。
你使我们遭四邻辱骂，被周围人讥讽、嘲笑。
你使我们成为列国的笑柄，人们对我们连连摇头。
我终日受辱，满面羞愧，
因为咒骂和毁谤我的人讥笑我， 仇敌报复我。
虽然这一切临到我们身上，我们却没有忘记你，也没有违背你的约。
我们对你没有异心，也没有偏离你的道路。
你在豺狼出没的地方压碎我们，使死亡的阴影笼罩我们。
倘若我们忘记我们的上帝，或举手向外邦的神明祷告，
上帝怎会不知道呢？祂洞悉人心中的秘密。
为了你，我们终日出生入死，被视为待宰的羊。
主啊，求你醒来，你为何沉睡？求你起来，不要永远丢弃我们。
你为何掩面不理我们，不理会我们所受的苦难和压迫？
我们扑倒在地，横卧在尘土中。
求你起来帮助我们，施慈爱救赎我们。
We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us what work Thou didst in their days, in the times of old:
2 how Thou didst drive out the heathen with Thy hand, and planted them; how Thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.
3 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them, but by Thy right hand and Thine arm and the light of Thy countenance, because Thou hadst favor unto them.
4 Thou art my King, O God; command deliverances for Jacob.
5 Through Thee will we push down our enemies; through Thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us.
6 For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me;
7 but Thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us.
8 In God we boast all the day long, and praise Thy name for ever. Selah
9 But Thou hast cast us off and put us to shame, and goest not forth with our armies.
10 Thou makest us to turn back from the enemy, and they that hate us despoil us for themselves.
11 Thou hast given us up like sheep appointed for slaughter, and hast scattered us among the heathen.
12 Thou sellest Thy people for nought, and dost not increase Thy wealth by their price.
13 Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbors, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us.
14 Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people.
15 My confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face hath covered me,
16 for the voice of him that reproacheth and blasphemeth by reason of the enemy and avenger.
17 All this has come upon us; yet have we not forgotten Thee, neither have we dealt falsely in Thy covenant.
18 Our heart has not turned back, neither have our steps turned from Thy way,
19 though Thou hast sorely broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death.
20 If we had forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god,
21 shall not God search this out? For He knoweth the secrets of the heart.
22 Yea, for Thy sake are we killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
23 Awake! Why sleepest Thou, O Lord? Arise! Cast us not off for ever.
24 Why hidest Thou Thy face, and forgettest our affliction and our oppression?
25 For our soul is bowed down to the dust; our belly cleaveth unto the earth.
26 Arise for our help, and redeem us for Thy mercies’ sake.
43:2 Deus auribus nostris audivimus patres nostri adnuntiaverunt nobis opus quod operatus es in diebus eorum in diebus antiquis
43:3 manus tua gentes disperdit et plantasti eos adflixisti populos et expulisti eos
43:4 nec enim in gladio suo possederunt terram et brachium eorum non salvavit eos sed dextera tua et brachium tuum et inluminatio faciei tuae quoniam conplacuisti in eis
43:5 tu es ipse rex meus et Deus meus qui mandas salutes Iacob
43:6 in te inimicos nostros ventilabimus cornu et in nomine tuo spernemus insurgentes in nobis
43:7 non enim in arcu meo sperabo et gladius meus non salvabit me
43:8 salvasti enim nos de adfligentibus nos et odientes nos confudisti
43:9 in Deo laudabimur tota die et in nomine tuo confitebimur in saeculum diapsalma
43:10 nunc autem reppulisti et confudisti nos et non egredieris in virtutibus nostris
43:11 avertisti nos retrorsum post inimicos nostros et qui oderunt nos diripiebant sibi
43:12 dedisti nos tamquam oves escarum et in gentibus dispersisti nos
43:13 vendidisti populum tuum sine pretio et non fuit multitudo in commutationibus nostris
43:14 posuisti nos obprobrium vicinis nostris subsannationem et derisum his qui in circuitu nostro
43:15 posuisti nos in similitudinem gentibus commotionem capitis in populis
43:16 tota die verecundia mea contra me est et confusio faciei meae cooperuit me
43:17 a voce exprobrantis et obloquentis a facie inimici et persequentis
43:18 haec omnia venerunt super nos nec obliti sumus te et inique non egimus in testamento tuo
43:19 et non recessit retrorsum cor nostrum et declinasti semitas nostras a via tua

1 לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ לִבְנֵי־ קֹ֬רַח מַשְׂכִּֽיל׃ אֱלֹהִ֤ים ׀ בְּאָזְנֵ֬ינוּ שָׁמַ֗עְנוּ אֲבוֹתֵ֥ינוּ סִפְּרוּ־ לָ֑נוּ פֹּ֥עַל פָּעַ֥לְתָּ בִֽ֝ימֵיהֶ֗ם בִּ֣ימֵי קֶֽדֶם׃
2 אַתָּ֤ה ׀ יָדְךָ֡ גּוֹיִ֣ם ה֭וֹרַשְׁתָּ וַתִּטָּעֵ֑ם תָּרַ֥ע לְ֝אֻמִּ֗ים וַֽתְּשַׁלְּחֵֽם׃
3 כִּ֤י לֹ֪א בְחַרְבָּ֡ם יָ֥רְשׁוּ אָ֗רֶץ וּזְרוֹעָם֮ לֹא־ הוֹשִׁ֪יעָ֫ה לָּ֥מוֹ כִּֽי־ יְמִֽינְךָ֣ וּ֭זְרוֹעֲךָ וְא֥וֹר פָּנֶ֗יךָ כִּ֣י רְצִיתָֽם׃
4 אַתָּה־ ה֣וּא מַלְכִּ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים צַ֝וֵּ֗ה יְשׁוּע֥וֹת יַעֲקֹֽב׃
5 בְּ֭ךָ צָרֵ֣ינוּ נְנַגֵּ֑חַ בְּ֝שִׁמְךָ֗ נָב֥וּס קָמֵֽינוּ׃
6 כִּ֤י לֹ֣א בְקַשְׁתִּ֣י אֶבְטָ֑ח וְ֝חַרְבִּ֗י לֹ֣א תוֹשִׁיעֵֽנִי׃
7 כִּ֣י ה֭וֹשַׁעְתָּנוּ מִצָּרֵ֑ינוּ וּמְשַׂנְאֵ֥ינוּ הֱבִישֽׁוֹתָ׃
8 בֵּֽ֭אלֹהִים הִלַּלְ֣נוּ כָל־ הַיּ֑וֹם וְשִׁמְךָ֓ ׀ לְעוֹלָ֖ם נוֹדֶ֣ה סֶֽלָה׃
9 אַף־ זָ֭נַחְתָּ וַתַּכְלִימֵ֑נוּ וְלֹא־ תֵ֝צֵ֗א בְּצִבְאוֹתֵֽינוּ׃
10 תְּשִׁיבֵ֣נוּ אָ֭חוֹר מִנִּי־ צָ֑ר וּ֝מְשַׂנְאֵ֗ינוּ שָׁ֣סוּ לָֽמוֹ׃
11 תִּ֭תְּנֵנוּ כְּצֹ֣אן מַאֲכָ֑ל וּ֝בַגּוֹיִ֗ם זֵרִיתָֽנוּ׃
12 תִּמְכֹּֽר־ עַמְּךָ֥ בְלֹא־ ה֑וֹן וְלֹ֥א־ רִ֝בִּ֗יתָ בִּמְחִירֵיהֶֽם׃
13 תְּשִׂימֵ֣נוּ חֶ֭רְפָּה לִשְׁכֵנֵ֑ינוּ לַ֥עַג וָ֝קֶ֗לֶס לִסְבִיבוֹתֵֽינוּ׃
14 תְּשִׂימֵ֣נוּ מָ֭שָׁל בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם מְנֽוֹד־ רֹ֝֗אשׁ בַּל־ אֻמִּֽים׃
15 כָּל־ הַ֭יּוֹם כְּלִמָּתִ֣י נֶגְדִּ֑י וּבֹ֖שֶׁת פָּנַ֣י כִּסָּֽתְנִי׃
16 מִ֭קּוֹל מְחָרֵ֣ף וּמְגַדֵּ֑ף מִפְּנֵ֥י א֝וֹיֵ֗ב וּמִתְנַקֵּֽם׃
17 כָּל־ זֹ֣את בָּ֭אַתְנוּ וְלֹ֣א שְׁכַחֲנ֑וּךָ וְלֹֽא־ שִׁ֝קַּ֗רְנוּ בִּבְרִיתֶֽךָ׃
18 לֹא־ נָס֣וֹג אָח֣וֹר לִבֵּ֑נוּ וַתֵּ֥ט אֲשֻׁרֵ֗ינוּ מִנִּ֥י אָרְחֶֽךָ׃
19 כִּ֣י דִ֭כִּיתָנוּ בִּמְק֣וֹם תַּנִּ֑ים וַתְּכַ֖ס עָלֵ֣ינוּ בְצַלְמָֽוֶת׃
20 אִם־ שָׁ֭כַחְנוּ שֵׁ֣ם אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ וַנִּפְרֹ֥שׂ כַּ֝פֵּ֗ינוּ לְאֵ֣ל זָֽר׃
21 הֲלֹ֣א אֱ֭לֹהִים יַֽחֲקָר־ זֹ֑את כִּֽי־ ה֥וּא יֹ֝דֵ֗עַ תַּעֲלֻמ֥וֹת לֵֽב׃
22 כִּֽי־ עָ֭לֶיךָ הֹרַ֣גְנוּ כָל־ הַיּ֑וֹם נֶ֝חְשַׁ֗בְנוּ כְּצֹ֣אן טִבְחָֽה׃
23 ע֤וּרָה ׀ לָ֖מָּה תִישַׁ֥ן ׀ אֲדֹנָ֑י הָ֝קִ֗יצָה אַל־ תִּזְנַ֥ח לָנֶֽצַח׃
24 לָֽמָּה־ פָנֶ֥יךָ תַסְתִּ֑יר תִּשְׁכַּ֖ח עָנְיֵ֣נוּ וְֽלַחֲצֵֽנוּ׃
25 כִּ֤י שָׁ֣חָה לֶעָפָ֣ר נַפְשֵׁ֑נוּ דָּבְקָ֖ה לָאָ֣רֶץ בִּטְנֵֽנוּ׃
26 ק֭וּמָֽה עֶזְרָ֣תָה לָּ֑נוּ וּ֝פְדֵ֗נוּ לְמַ֣עַן חַסְדֶּֽךָ׃
62 债务 Yah
我的心默默等候上帝，祂是我的拯救者。
唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡垒，我必不致动摇。
我就像一面摇摇欲坠的墙壁、行将倒塌的篱笆，你们要攻击我、置我于死地到何时呢？
你们千方百计把我从高位拉下。你们善于说谎，嘴上祝福，心却咒诅。（细拉）
我的心啊！要默默等候上帝，因为我的盼望从祂而来。
唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡垒，我必不致动摇。
上帝是我的拯救者，是我的荣耀，祂是我的坚固磐石，是我的避难所。
众百姓啊，要时刻信靠上帝，向祂倾心吐意，因为祂是我们的避难所。（细拉）
卑贱人不过是一丝气息，尊贵人不过是一场幻影，把他们放在天平上一秤，比空气还轻，毫无分量。
不要敲诈勒索，不要妄想靠偷盗发财，即使财富增多，也不要倚靠它。
上帝再三告诉我：祂拥有权能，
充满慈爱。主啊，你必照各人的行为来施行赏罚。
Truly my soul waiteth upon God; from Him cometh my salvation.
2 He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.
3 How long will ye conjure mischief against a man? Ye shall be slain, all of you; as a bulging wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.
4 They consult only to cast him down from his excellency, they delight in lies, they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah
5 My soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from Him.
6 He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.
7 In God is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength and my refuge is in God.
8 Trust in Him at all times, ye people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
9 Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie; if weighed in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
10 Trust not in oppression, and put not vain hope in robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
11 God hath spoken this once, twice have I heard this: that power belongeth unto God.
12 Also unto Thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy, for Thou renderest to every man according to his work.

61:3 nam et ipse Deus meus et salutaris meus susceptor meus non movebor amplius
61:4 quousque inruitis in hominem interficitis universi vos tamquam parieti inclinato et maceriae depulsae
61:5 verumtamen pretium meum cogitaverunt repellere cucurri in siti ore suo benedicebant et corde suo maledicebant diapsalma
61:6 verumtamen Deo subiecta esto anima mea quoniam ab ipso patientia mea
61:7 quia ipse Deus meus et salvator meus adiutor meus non emigrabo
61:8 in Deo salutare meum et gloria mea Deus auxilii mei et spes mea in Deo est
61:9 sperate in eo omnis congregatio populi effundite coram illo corda vestra Deus adiutor noster in aeternum
61:10 verumtamen vani filii hominum mendaces filii hominum in stateris ut decipiant ipsi de vanitate in id ipsum
61:11 nolite sperare in iniquitate et rapinas nolite concupiscere divitiae si affluant nolite cor adponere

1 לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ עַֽל־ יְדוּת֗וּן מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִֽד׃ אַ֣ךְ אֶל־ אֱ֭לֹהִים דּֽוּמִיָּ֣ה נַפְשִׁ֑י מִ֝מֶּ֗נּוּ יְשׁוּעָתִֽי׃
2 אַךְ־ ה֣וּא צ֭וּרִי וִֽישׁוּעָתִ֑י מִ֝שְׂגַּבִּ֗י לֹא־ אֶמּ֥וֹט רַבָּֽה׃
3 עַד־ אָ֤נָה ׀ תְּהֽוֹתְת֣וּ עַל אִישׁ֮ תְּרָצְּח֪וּ כֻ֫לְּכֶ֥ם כְּקִ֥יר נָט֑וּי גָּ֝דֵ֗ר הַדְּחוּיָֽה׃
4 אַ֤ךְ מִשְּׂאֵת֨וֹ ׀ יָעֲצ֣וּ לְהַדִּיחַ֮ יִרְצ֪וּ כָ֫זָ֥ב בְּפִ֥יו יְבָרֵ֑כוּ וּ֝בְקִרְבָּ֗ם יְקַלְלוּ־ סֶֽלָה׃
5 אַ֣ךְ לֵ֭אלֹהִים דּ֣וֹמִּי נַפְשִׁ֑י כִּי־ מִ֝מֶּ֗נּוּ תִּקְוָתִֽי׃
6 אַךְ־ ה֣וּא צ֭וּרִי וִֽישׁוּעָתִ֑י מִ֝שְׂגַּבִּ֗י לֹ֣א אֶמּֽוֹט׃
7 עַל־ אֱ֭לֹהִים יִשְׁעִ֣י וּכְבוֹדִ֑י צוּר־ עֻזִּ֥י מַ֝חְסִ֗י בֵּֽאלֹהִֽים׃
8 בִּטְח֘וּ ב֤וֹ בְכָל־ עֵ֨ת ׀ עָ֗ם שִׁפְכֽוּ־ לְפָנָ֥יו לְבַבְכֶ֑ם אֱלֹהִ֖ים מַחֲסֶה־ לָּ֣נוּ סֶֽלָה׃
9 אַ֤ךְ ׀ הֶ֥בֶל בְּנֵֽי־ אָדָם֮ כָּזָ֪ב בְּנֵ֫י אִ֥ישׁ בְּמֹאזְנַ֥יִם לַעֲל֑וֹת הֵ֝֗מָּה מֵהֶ֥בֶל יָֽחַד׃
10 אַל־ תִּבְטְח֣וּ בְעֹשֶׁק֮ וּבְגָזֵ֪ל אַל־ תֶּ֫הְבָּ֥לוּ חַ֤יִל ׀ כִּֽי־ יָנ֑וּב אַל־ תָּשִׁ֥יתוּ לֵֽב׃
11 אַחַ֤ת ׀ דִּבֶּ֬ר אֱלֹהִ֗ים שְׁתַּֽיִם־ ז֥וּ שָׁמָ֑עְתִּי כִּ֥י עֹ֝֗ז לֵאלֹהִֽים׃
12 וּלְךָֽ־ אֲדֹנָ֥י חָ֑סֶד כִּֽי־ אַתָּ֨ה תְשַׁלֵּ֖ם לְאִ֣ישׁ כְּֽמַעֲשֵֽׂהוּ׃
69 债务 Vah
上帝啊，求你拯救我，因为洪水快把我淹没；
我深陷泥沼，无法站稳脚；我落入深渊，被洪流淹没。
我连连呼救，已声嘶力竭；我期盼上帝的帮助，望眼欲穿。
无故恨我的人不计其数，无故害我的仇敌势力强大，逼我偿还我没有偷过的东西。
上帝啊，你知道我的愚昧，我的罪恶也瞒不过你。
主——万军之耶和华啊，求你不要使等候你的人因我而受辱；以色列的上帝啊，求你不要让信靠你的人因我而蒙羞。
我为了你的缘故遭受辱骂，羞辱满面。
我的弟兄视我为陌生人，我的手足看我为外人。
我对你的殿充满炙热的爱，辱骂你之人的辱骂都落在我身上。
我悲伤禁食，他们就羞辱我。
我披上麻衣，他们就讥笑我。
我成了街谈巷议的话题，醉汉作歌取笑我。
可是，耶和华啊，在你悦纳人的时候，我向你祷告。上帝啊，求你以你的大爱和信实拯救我。
求你救我脱离泥沼，不要让我沉下去；求你救我脱离恨我的人，使我离开深渊。
求你不要让洪水淹没我，深渊吞灭我，坟墓吞噬我。
耶和华啊，求你答应我的祷告，因为你充满慈爱和良善。求你以无限的怜悯眷顾我。
求你不要掩面不理你的仆人。我正身陷困境，求你快快答应我。
求你前来拯救我，把我从仇敌手中救赎出来。
你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌和羞辱，你看到了我仇敌的所作所为。
他们的辱骂使我心碎，令我绝望无助。我渴望有人同情，却没有一个；期望有人安慰，却无一人。
他们给我苦胆当食物，又拿醋给我解渴。
愿他们面前的宴席变为网罗，成为他们的陷阱。
愿他们眼目昏暗，无法看见；愿他们哆哆嗦嗦，直不起腰来。
求你把烈怒倾倒在他们身上，将怒气洒向他们。
愿他们的家园一片荒凉，愿他们的帐篷无人居住。
因为他们迫害你击打过的人，嘲笑你所打伤之人的痛苦。
求你清算他们的种种罪行，不要让他们有份于你的拯救之恩。
愿他们的名字从生命册上被抹去，不得和义人的名字列在一起。
上帝啊，我陷入痛苦和忧伤，求你拯救我，保护我。
我要用歌声赞美上帝的名，以感恩的心尊崇祂。
这要比献上有蹄有角的公牛等祭牲更讨耶和华喜悦。
卑微的人看见这一切就欢喜快乐，愿你们寻求上帝的人精神振奋。
耶和华垂听穷苦人的祈求，不轻看祂被囚的子民。
愿天地都赞美祂，愿海和其中的一切都赞美祂！
因为上帝必拯救锡安，重建犹大的城邑。祂的子民要住在那里，拥有那片土地。
祂仆人的后裔要承受那地方为业，凡爱祂的人都要住在那里。
Save me, O God, for the waters have come in unto my soul.
2 I sink into deep mire where there is no standing; I have come into deep waters where the floods overflow me.
3 I am weary of my crying, my throat is dry; mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head; they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty. Then I was made to restore that which I took not away.
5 O God, Thou knowest my foolishness, and my sins are not hid from Thee.
6 Let not them that wait on Thee, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake, let not those that seek Thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel,
7 because for Thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
8 I have become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother’s children.
9 For the zeal for Thine house hath eaten me up, and the reproaches of them that reproached Thee have fallen upon me.
10 When I wept and chastened my soul with fasting, that was turned to my reproach.
11 I also made sackcloth my garment, and I became a proverb to them.
12 They that sit at the gate speak against me, and I have become the song of the drunkards.
13 But as for me, my prayer is unto Thee: O Lord, in an acceptable time, O God, in the multitude of Thy mercy hear me in the truth of Thy salvation.
14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink; let me be delivered from them that hate me and out of the deep waters.
15 Let not the floodwater overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up; and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
16 Hear me, O Lord, for Thy lovingkindness is good; turn unto me according to the multitude of Thy tender mercies.
17 And hide not Thy face from Thy servant, for I am in trouble; hear me speedily.
18 Draw nigh unto my soul and redeem it; deliver me because of mine enemies.
19 Thou hast known my reproach and my shame and my dishonor; mine adversaries are all before Thee.
20 Reproach hath broken my heart, and I am full of heaviness; I looked for some to take pity, but there was none, and for comforters, but I found none.
21 They gave me also gall for my meat, and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
22 Let their table become a snare before them, and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
24 Pour out Thine indignation upon them, and let Thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
25 Let their habitation be desolate, and let none dwell in their tents.
26 For they persecute him whom Thou hast smitten, and they talk of the grief of those whom Thou hast wounded.
27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity, and let them not come into Thy righteousness.
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
29 But I am poor and sorrowful; let Thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.
31 This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or a bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
32 The humble shall see this and be glad, and your heart shall live, that seek God.
33 For the Lord heareth the poor, and despiseth not His prisoners.
34 Let the heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and every thing that moveth therein.
35 For God will save Zion and will build the cities of Judah, that they may dwell there and possess it.
36 The seed also of His servants shall inherit it, and them that love His name shall dwell therein.
68:2 salvum me fac Deus quoniam intraverunt aquae usque ad animam meam
68:3 infixus sum in limum profundi et non est substantia veni in altitudines maris et tempestas demersit me
68:4 laboravi clamans raucae factae sunt fauces meae defecerunt oculi mei dum spero in Deum meum
68:5 multiplicati sunt super capillos capitis mei qui oderunt me gratis confortati sunt qui persecuti sunt me inimici mei iniuste quae non rapui tunc exsolvebam
68:6 Deus tu scis insipientiam meam et delicta mea a te non sunt abscondita
68:7 non erubescant in me qui expectant te Domine Domine virtutum non confundantur super me qui quaerunt te Deus Israhel
68:8 quoniam propter te sustinui obprobrium operuit confusio faciem meam
68:9 extraneus factus sum fratribus meis et peregrinus filiis matris meae
68:10 quoniam zelus domus tuae comedit me et obprobria exprobrantium tibi ceciderunt super me
68:11 et operui in ieiunio animam meam et factum est in obprobrium mihi
68:12 et posui vestimentum meum cilicium et factus sum illis in parabolam
68:13 adversum me exercebantur qui sedebant in porta et in me psallebant qui bibebant vinum
68:14 ego vero orationem meam ad te Domine tempus beneplaciti Deus in multitudine misericordiae tuae exaudi me in veritate salutis tuae
68:15 eripe me de luto ut non infigar liberer ab his qui oderunt me et de profundis aquarum
68:16 non me demergat tempestas aquae neque absorbeat me profundum neque urgeat super me puteus os suum
68:17 exaudi me Domine quoniam benigna est misericordia tua secundum multitudinem miserationum tuarum respice me
68:18 et ne avertas faciem tuam a puero tuo quoniam tribulor velociter exaudi me
68:19 intende animae meae et libera eam propter inimicos meos eripe me
68:20 tu scis inproperium meum et confusionem et reverentiam meam
68:21 in conspectu tuo sunt omnes qui tribulant me inproperium expectavit cor meum et miseriam et sustinui qui simul contristaretur et non fuit et qui consolaretur et non inveni
68:22 et dederunt in escam meam fel et in siti mea potaverunt me aceto
68:23 fiat mensa eorum coram ipsis in laqueum et in retributiones et in scandalum
68:24 obscurentur oculi eorum ne videant et dorsum eorum semper incurva
68:25 effunde super eos iram tuam et furor irae tuae conprehendat eos
68:26 fiat habitatio eorum deserta et in tabernaculis eorum non sit qui inhabitet
68:27 quoniam quem tu percussisti persecuti sunt et super dolorem vulnerum meorum addiderunt
68:28 adpone iniquitatem super iniquitatem eorum et non intrent in iustitia tua
68:29 deleantur de libro viventium et cum iustis non scribantur
68:30 ego sum pauper et dolens salus tua Deus suscepit me
68:31 laudabo nomen Dei cum cantico magnificabo eum in laude
68:32 et placebit Deo super vitulum novellum cornua producentem et ungulas
68:33 videant pauperes et laetentur quaerite Deum et vivet anima vestra
68:34 quoniam exaudivit pauperes Dominus et vinctos suos non despexit
68:35 laudent illum caeli et terra mare et omnia reptilia in eis
68:36 quoniam Deus salvam faciet Sion et aedificabuntur civitates Iudaeae et inhabitabunt ibi et hereditate adquirent eam
68:37 et semen servorum eius possidebunt eam et qui diligunt nomen eius habitabunt in ea
1 לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ עַֽל־ שׁוֹשַׁנִּ֬ים לְדָוִֽד׃ הוֹשִׁיעֵ֥נִי אֱלֹהִ֑ים כִּ֤י בָ֖אוּ מַ֣יִם עַד־ נָֽפֶשׁ׃
2 טָבַ֤עְתִּי ׀ בִּיוֵ֣ן מְ֭צוּלָה וְאֵ֣ין מָעֳמָ֑ד בָּ֥אתִי בְמַעֲמַקֵּי־ מַ֝֗יִם וְשִׁבֹּ֥לֶת שְׁטָפָֽתְנִי׃
3 יָגַ֣עְתִּי בְקָרְאִי֮ נִחַ֪ר גְּר֫וֹנִ֥י כָּל֥וּ עֵינַ֑י מְ֝יַחֵ֗ל לֵאלֹהָֽי׃
4 רַבּ֤וּ ׀ מִשַּׂעֲר֣וֹת רֹאשִׁי֮ שֹׂנְאַ֪י חִ֫נָּ֥ם עָצְמ֣וּ מַ֭צְמִיתַי אֹיְבַ֣י שֶׁ֑קֶר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־ גָ֝זַ֗לְתִּי אָ֣ז אָשִֽׁיב׃
5 אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים אַתָּ֣ה יָ֭דַעְתָּ לְאִוַּלְתִּ֑י וְ֝אַשְׁמוֹתַ֗י מִמְּךָ֥ לֹא־ נִכְחָֽדוּ׃
6 אַל־ יֵ֘בֹ֤שׁוּ בִ֨י ׀ קֹוֶיךָ֮ אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִ֗ה צְבָ֫א֥וֹת אַל־ יִכָּ֣לְמוּ בִ֣י מְבַקְשֶׁ֑יךָ אֱ֝לֹהֵ֗י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
7 כִּֽי־ עָ֭לֶיךָ נָשָׂ֣אתִי חֶרְפָּ֑ה כִּסְּתָ֖ה כְלִמָּ֣ה פָנָֽי׃
8 מ֭וּזָר הָיִ֣יתִי לְאֶחָ֑י וְ֝נָכְרִ֗י לִבְנֵ֥י אִמִּֽי׃
9 כִּֽי־ קִנְאַ֣ת בֵּיתְךָ֣ אֲכָלָ֑תְנִי וְחֶרְפּ֥וֹת ח֝וֹרְפֶ֗יךָ נָפְל֥וּ עָלָֽי׃
10 וָאֶבְכֶּ֣ה בַצּ֣וֹם נַפְשִׁ֑י וַתְּהִ֖י לַחֲרָפ֣וֹת לִֽי׃
11 וָאֶתְּנָ֣ה לְבוּשִׁ֣י שָׂ֑ק וָאֱהִ֖י לָהֶ֣ם לְמָשָֽׁל׃
12 יָשִׂ֣יחוּ בִ֭י יֹ֣שְׁבֵי שָׁ֑עַר וּ֝נְגִינ֗וֹת שׁוֹתֵ֥י שֵׁכָֽר׃
13 וַאֲנִ֤י תְפִלָּתִֽי־ לְךָ֨ ׀ יְהוָ֡ה עֵ֤ת רָצ֗וֹן אֱלֹהִ֥ים בְּרָב־ חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ עֲ֝נֵ֗נִי בֶּאֱמֶ֥ת יִשְׁעֶֽךָ׃
14 הַצִּילֵ֣נִי מִ֭טִּיט וְאַל־ אֶטְבָּ֑עָה אִנָּצְלָ֥ה מִ֝שֹּֽׂנְאַ֗י וּמִמַּֽעֲמַקֵּי־ מָֽיִם׃
15 אַל־ תִּשְׁטְפֵ֤נִי ׀ שִׁבֹּ֣לֶת מַ֭יִם וְאַל־ תִּבְלָעֵ֣נִי מְצוּלָ֑ה וְאַל־ תֶּאְטַר־ עָלַ֖י בְּאֵ֣ר פִּֽיהָ׃
16 עֲנֵ֣נִי יְ֭הוָה כִּי־ ט֣וֹב חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ כְּרֹ֥ב רַ֝חֲמֶ֗יךָ פְּנֵ֣ה אֵלָֽי׃
17 וְאַל־ תַּסְתֵּ֣ר פָּ֭נֶיךָ מֵֽעַבְדֶּ֑ךָ כִּֽי־ צַר־ לִ֝֗י מַהֵ֥ר עֲנֵֽנִי׃
18 קָרְבָ֣ה אֶל־ נַפְשִׁ֣י גְאָלָ֑הּ לְמַ֖עַן אֹיְבַ֣י פְּדֵֽנִי׃
19 אַתָּ֤ה יָדַ֗עְתָּ חֶרְפָּתִ֣י וּ֭בָשְׁתִּי וּכְלִמָּתִ֑י נֶ֝גְדְּךָ֗ כָּל־ צוֹרְרָֽי׃
20 חֶרְפָּ֤ה ׀ שָֽׁבְרָ֥ה לִבִּ֗י וָֽאָ֫נ֥וּשָׁה וָאֲקַוֶּ֣ה לָנ֣וּד וָאַ֑יִן וְ֝לַמְנַחֲמִ֗ים וְלֹ֣א מָצָֽאתִי׃
21 וַיִּתְּנ֣וּ בְּבָרוּתִ֣י רֹ֑אשׁ וְ֝לִצְמָאִ֗י יַשְׁק֥וּנִי חֹֽמֶץ׃
22 יְהִֽי־ שֻׁלְחָנָ֣ם לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם לְפָ֑ח וְלִשְׁלוֹמִ֥ים לְמוֹקֵֽשׁ׃
23 תֶּחְשַׁ֣כְנָה עֵ֭ינֵיהֶם מֵרְא֑וֹת וּ֝מָתְנֵ֗יהֶם תָּמִ֥יד הַמְעַֽד׃
24 שְׁפָךְ־ עֲלֵיהֶ֥ם זַעְמֶ֑ךָ וַחֲר֥וֹן אַ֝פְּךָ֗ יַשִּׂיגֵֽם׃
25 תְּהִי־ טִֽירָתָ֥ם נְשַׁמָּ֑ה בְּ֝אָהֳלֵיהֶ֗ם אַל־ יְהִ֥י יֹשֵֽׁב׃
26 כִּֽי־ אַתָּ֣ה אֲשֶׁר־ הִכִּ֣יתָ רָדָ֑פוּ וְאֶל־ מַכְא֖וֹב חֲלָלֶ֣יךָ יְסַפֵּֽרוּ׃
27 תְּֽנָה־ עָ֭וֹן עַל־ עֲוֹנָ֑ם וְאַל־ יָ֝בֹ֗אוּ בְּצִדְקָתֶֽךָ׃
28 יִ֭מָּחֽוּ מִסֵּ֣פֶר חַיִּ֑ים וְעִ֥ם צַ֝דִּיקִ֗ים אַל־ יִכָּתֵֽבוּ׃
29 וַ֭אֲנִי עָנִ֣י וְכוֹאֵ֑ב יְשׁוּעָתְךָ֖ אֱלֹהִ֣ים תְּשַׂגְּבֵֽנִי׃
30 אֲהַֽלְלָ֣ה שֵׁם־ אֱלֹהִ֣ים בְּשִׁ֑יר וַאֲגַדְּלֶ֥נּוּ בְתוֹדָֽה׃
31 וְתִיטַ֣ב לַֽ֭יהוָה מִשּׁ֥וֹר פָּ֗ר מַקְרִ֥ן מַפְרִֽיס׃
32 רָא֣וּ עֲנָוִ֣ים יִשְׂמָ֑חוּ דֹּרְשֵׁ֥י אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים וִיחִ֥י לְבַבְכֶֽם׃
33 כִּֽי־ שֹׁמֵ֣עַ אֶל־ אֶבְיוֹנִ֣ים יְהוָ֑ה וְאֶת־ אֲ֝סִירָ֗יו לֹ֣א בָזָֽה׃
34 יְֽ֭הַלְלוּהוּ שָׁמַ֣יִם וָאָ֑רֶץ יַ֝מִּ֗ים וְֽכָל־ רֹמֵ֥שׂ בָּֽם׃
35 כִּ֤י אֱלֹהִ֨ים ׀ י֘וֹשִׁ֤יעַ צִיּ֗וֹן וְ֭יִבְנֶה עָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה וְיָ֥שְׁבוּ שָׁ֝֗ם וִירֵשֽׁוּהָ׃
36 וְזֶ֣רַע עֲ֭בָדָיו יִנְחָל֑וּהָ וְאֹהֲבֵ֥י שְׁ֝מ֗וֹ יִשְׁכְּנוּ־ בָֽהּ׃
